To this end we will never ever pass on any data that we may collect about you and in fact, we try and keep the data that we do collect to a bare minimum.

Information automatically collected & stored
Browsing any website means that certain personal information about you may be collected. We automatically collect and temporarily store the following information about your visit:

We use this information for statistical purposes and to help us make our site more useful to visitors. Unless it is specifically stated otherwise, no additional information will be collected about you.
Personally provided information
You are not required to provide any personal information whatsoever to browse our webiste. However, some of the documents that we provide for download require you to enter your name and email address to obtain them. This information is primarily used for statistical purposes and there is always a checkbox present enabling you to opt out of receiving any marketing information from us in the future.
The data that you provide when you download an article, specification sheet or any other media from our website that requires you to provide your name and email address is temporarily stored in an encrypted form on our servers for the duration of your "session" on our site (i.e. until you close your web browser).
The reason for this is so that you don't have to continually provide these details everytime you wish to download something else from our site within the same session.
Please note that when you fill in your contact details using the contact form at the bottom of the page this data is not stored anywhere, it simply gets sent to us along with your message.
Additionally all communications (i.e contact forms, booking requests and website healthcheck orders) will be stored on file for future reference. Once again, you can easily opt out of any future marketing upon submission of any given form.
